Built on Skill.
Backed by Proof

TradeTap is building the infrastructure the skilled trades have been missing. We connect verified skill, training, and opportunity into one ecosystem.

TradeTap exists to solve a problem the industry has lived with for too long: installers build real skill, but that skill isn’t always visible, and companies don’t always have a reliable way to verify who they’re hiring.

So we built something better

At The Core Of TradeTap Are
Five Initiatives Working Together

Together, these create a workforce ecosystem where education leads to verification, and verification leads to opportunity.

Why we exist

The flooring industry doesn’t suffer from a lack of available labor. It suffers from a shortage of labor quality.

Training happens. Experience is earned. Certifications are achieved. But that information is often scattered, lost, or reduced to word-of-mouth.

TradeTap replaces uncertainty with visibility and transparency.

Our mission is simple:

Empower skilled tradespeople with verified credibility and better opportunities, while giving companies confidence in who they hire.

We believe:

  • Skill should be visible
  • Training should matter
  • Installers deserve professional recognition
  • The industry rises when standards rise

Our Story

TradeTap was founded by people who have spent decades inside the flooring industry. From working directly with installers, managing projects, and building teams, to seeing firsthand how skill often goes unrecognized. Over time, one thing became drastically clear: the industry didn’t need more platforms, it needed infrastructure.

Infrastructure that connects training to verification. Verification to hiring. And skill to opportunity.

What started as a workforce placement and B2C marketplace idea evolved into something much bigger: an entire system designed to professionalize the trades and give installers the recognition they’ve always deserved.
TradeTap was built from the field up, not from the boardroom down.

The People Behind TradeTap
